WordPress release version 3.5

WordPress established itself as a blogging platform but has now become a favorite CMS among people to create and manage websites with minimal technical knowledge and simple admin controls.   There have been a lot of improvements on both back and front end of WordPress environment providing the developer community with the right tools to customize it for small to large websites.
WordPress has now released its latest version 3.5 for public, with number of upgrades and tweaks in many of its features.  The first thing that will attract user’s attention is the new and improved image uploader. The company officials say that it will be a great experience for users.  Also creating image galleries is much simpler with its easy drag and drop, reordering, captioning thus allowing you to insert multiple images much quickly.
Also the default Twenty Twelve theme is available in clean and responsive format which will help to create mobile friendly layouts. Users can now embed social media posts from Instagram, sound cloud and slide share by simply putting a URL of media in the post.
Admin dashboard is enhanced and now supporting HiDPI (Retina Display) for better experience on touch devices.   There’s also a lot more updates about plugins, scripts and filters for the developers community, full list is available on WordPress website
