Problem
After the sun-set of JD Edwards mobile apps, Plano needed a robust solution for their enterprise mobility starting with Purchase Order Approvals. Swift Purchase Order Approval app now allows their Accounts Payable executives to review the POs pending approval, approve or reject them while on the go using their iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets.
Plano migrated to JD Edwards 9.2 in 2019 and since then has been looking to best utilize the latest tools including AIS and Orchestrator. Swift has allowed Plano Synergy make the best use of their latest Tools Release where Swift apps connect with AIS at a meta-data level providing game-changing capabilities to their Business Analysts to create and maintain mobile and tablet apps without a single line of code.
