Create Swift Custom DB Entry Form

Login to Swift App Design Studio

Login in to the App Design Studio using your Swift admin account:

Create New Entry Form

Click the Application you want to import the new Custom DB Entry Form for. This will open up the App Designer:

Scroll down and Click 
to Create a new Custom Entry Form

Enter Title

Enter the Title of your choice and click Submit

Configure newly created Custom Entry Form

Click on the Edit button under the Action column to configure the created Custom Entry form

1. Select the Channel of your database from the dropdown menu
2. Choose the Title of the Database from the Database menu
3. Select the Table you want your Entry form to edit.
4. Change Icon
5. Click Submit

Your new Swift Custom DB Entry Form is Created.
